General questions
What is an affiliate program?
Our affiliate program pays you to send your traffic to our partners websites. Affiliate marketing programs like ours don't require any fees and are easy to set up, so there's no risk to you.
How much can I earn?
There is no maximum limit. Your earnings are directly proportional to the results you get through our advertising campaigns.
How much time should I spend?
You can choose how much time you devote to the activity, you have 100% autonomy.
Registration and Account
Can I join for free?
Yes, you can sign up for free and start earning with our affiliate program.
Do I need a website to sign up?
Yes, to sign up as affiliates you need to have at least one website which will be used to advertise.
If I have more than 1 site do I have to sign up multiple times?
No, you can manage all your websites with a single account.
How can I verify my website?
Click on "Unverified" add the metatag on the homepage or upload the file, then click VERIFY.
How can I verify a blogger/blogspot website?
Enter ".com" in the URL of your website so it works with all extensions, then add the metatag on the homepage (for example in a post or widget) and click VERIFY.
What if I have more domains/extensions?
Simply insert and verify both websites (for example domain.com and domain.net) and subscribe both to the campaigns.
Do I need a VAT number?
No, you can sign up as individuals without a VAT number.
How long does the registration is approved?
Immediately after sign up you will receive an email, please click on the confirmation link to activate your account.
I have not received the confirmation email, as I do?
Check the junk mail folder, if you have not received the email please contact us.
My membership has not been approved, why?
We check every entry manually, if we believe that the user does not meet the Sign-up requirements the membership may be denied.
Can I enable / disable email notifications?
Yes, you can enable or disable email notifications in: Affiliate panel -> Profile -> Settings.
Can I unsubscribe from the service?
Yes, you can unsubscribe from the service at any time by sending us an email request.
Banner and campaigns
How can I promote campaigns?
You must register for the selected campaign first and wait for our approval or the advertisers approval.
How do I promote campaigns?
After signing up with an advertising campaign, you can insert banners, links and reviews on your website, send DEM and newsletters.
How many banners can I add to a web page?
You can put up to 3 banners of a single campaign in each web page for a maximum total of 6 different campaigns banner per page.
Can I choose the campaigns?
Yes, you can choose which advertising campaigns to promote based on how relevant they are to your website and on commissions.
Which banner should I choose?
You may choose to insert the banner on your website among those available. To maximize earnings we recommend inserting a banner relevant to your website.
I'm a beginner how can I do?
Creating some managed advertising spaces can be an easy way to promote multiple campaigns on your website.
What are the advertising space?
You can create up to 6 advertising space on each page of your site, we will choose the most relevant banner to display. The banner will rotate.
I have to ask for confirmation before sending a DEM?
Yes, you must obtain approval before making any submission to DEM. Email addresses must be double opt-in, we do not accept SPAM.
Can I use SubID?
Yes, SubID (channels) are available in the affiliates pannel.
Payments / transactions
Where can I see the statistics of mei earnings?
You can monitor the statistics of your earnings in real time from the affiliate panel.
Transactions are automatically tracked?
Most will, however on some campaigns may happen that transactions are recorded manually weekly or monthly.
How long does it take for transactions to be approved?
Each transaction is verified manually. Depending on the campaign, the approval time can take from 1 week to 2 months.
Why my transactions have been rejected?
If the transaction does not meet the terms and conditions of the service is rejected. If the partner believes that the transactions are fictitious or double has the right to reject them.
How much money do I have to earn before I receive payment?
The minimum amount to receive payment is € 25.00
Where do I get paid?
You can receive payments on paypal, skrill, or by bank transfer.
When will I get paid?
Payments are made monthly, you will receive the payment the month after your approved transactions exceed the minimum threshold to receive payment. Make sure you have successfully completed your profile.
Why did not I receive my payment?
Make sure you have entered the data in order to receive the payment, that you signed our contract and return it countersigned, attaching a copy of your passport.
